Support the BlueBridge Alliance Mission

Improve community safety through innovative community policing

BlueBridge provides law enforcement agencies with a locally supported program that enables officers to provide on-the-spot aid to struggling community members who need a helping hand.

Your generous donation will help BlueBridge expand the program to more communities, particularly communities that need it most.

Please note: Donations on this page go to the BlueBridge Alliance headquarters. To donate to your local program, please search for your department’s dedicated page.

Recent examples of how officers use their local BlueBridge Program

"Female victim and infant child had been living in an abusive relationship for over a year which included felony level assaults while pregnant and after. The repeated assaults became the norm for the family until the arrestee set the apartment on fire, endangering the mother and child who had locked themselves on the apartment balcony to escape his assaults.

Coordinating with another local nonprofit, using the BlueBridge program, and an established relationship with a local hotel, we were able to provide safe housing for the mother and child for three days until they could connect with family for long term support."

"A part of my routine patrol is to interact with kids and staff at one of the local elementary schools. While at the school, I informed the staff to notify me if there were any children that were in need of assistance when it came to cold weather clothes. One of the teachers informed me of a family with a 5th grader who was large for his age. The family was struggling with mom just having a baby and dad trying to get his CDL for full time employment. I had the teacher communicate with the mother about sizes and I was able to get the child some snow boots, snow pants, and "long john" undergarments. I met with the student at the school and told him I wanted to give him some things for winter. He was very appreciative and gladly accepted the items. It was a great interaction that made me feel proud to be in a position to help out this family."
